Basque Chef born and professionally formed in Bilbao at his unique stoves, flavors and gastronomic culture.

  • Consultant Chef at Advent Manila Group for the opening of the restaurant Oye! at BGC.
  • Executive and Consultant for VillaRoca Luxury Retreats in Ibiza.
  • Associate Teacher at the first gastronomic university Basque Culinary Center.
  • Leadership positions with Michelin Star awarded chefs at Heart by Ferrán and Albert Adrià, Estado Puro by Paco Roncero or DoMa by Martín Berasategui.
  • Experienced at 5 stars hotels signatured with “leading hotels of the world” like Landmark Hotel London and Hotel Domine Bilbao, or “relais chateaux” at Hacienda Na Xamena.

Focus in the creation and development of a “gastronomic experience” as the main aim along every meal. Terms as Tapas, Street Food, Fine Dinning, Fusion, Time Capsule or Moleculary are concepts that means more than food. They easily define in many ways the meaning of a coolinary experience.
